Tagline: A pirate trawler encounters a rebellious submarine.

A French trawler goes fishing in the Atlantic. The waters are empty of fish and the sailors pull up increasingly empty trawling nets. The captain heads for an area where his boat is prohibited to fish, the Irish waters, where he hopes for better luck.
The illegal trawling brings in big hauls but also a body bag containing the body of a naked young woman who has seemingly just died. The trawler is then harassed by an American submarine.
